Last night & This Morning Projects :)

So I thought I was going to get massive crafting time last evening, but alas, it was not to be. The 3 oldest grandkids came to spend the night instead. I got some crafting done though, just not as much as I had hoped to get :)

Up first is a shirt I put together real quick last night for a personal swap I'm in. It's just your basic t'shirt pattern bought HERE. I opted to just put a rolled hem on the sleeves and then added a strip of blue ruffle along the bottom to make it just a bit more fun. Same fabric was used for the neck binding as well. Size 5 this one is. I also machine embroidered the horse on the front. I tried putting in a tag and put it in upside down...so I had to cut it out LOL

Then I whipped this bag up this morning for the OWS on Craftster. I sure hope the recipient likes it :) Basic bag pattern ( self drafted ) bag has 3 inner pockets and then instead of using a magnetic snap closure this time, I thought I'd live dangerously and put in a zipper ! GO ME ! Machine embroidered phoenix on the front of the bag :)

Another Bag !

Finished this earlier this morning.

Suede feel outer shell interfaced and lined with an adorable skull print flannel fabric.

Bag has 3 inner pockets and closes with magnetic snap

It's a pretty nice size bag, 15" across the top, 10.5"x5" at the bottom and 10" deep with 10" straps

I cut out the outer fabric then popped it on the embroidery machine to do the skully swirl design in rose and green

Finished this a little bit ago :) I really like how it came out.


Closes with a magnetic snap and has 3 roomy inner pockets. Lined in a dark chocolate brown with guitar pocket accents.
Measures :
10.5"x5" at the bottom of the bag
15" wide at top of bag
9.5" deep
13" straps

Upcoming Handbags !!

Working on a few new bags this evening and over the weekend. Hope to have them all completed by Sunday at the latest.

The first two are all ready in "shell" form...the outer portion of the bags are together. The 3rd is still folded up fabric waiting for me to cut it and turn it into an awesome bag !!

The finished Butterfly Bag

Here's the finished bag I was working on last night... I was so happy with the way this came out.

Bag has 3 inner pockets and closes with a magnetic snap. Handles are about 16" long to make it a nice length to carry over the shoulder. 10"x4" across the bottom, 10" deep, and 13" wide at the top.

It's all ready found a new home in NC and is on it's way there tonight :)

New Pocketbook

I was working on a pocketbook last night, and I do have it finished, but haven't taken photos yet, but I wanted to show off the awesome fabric I used for the outer shell. This is just such a gorgeous fabric it will be hard to part with this and list it for sale on my site.
